Whiskey is a curious, fun loving and trusting dog. He loves all people, is friendly with other animals and is confident in new environments. He is sensitive in nature and may back up or bark at novel objects or noises, especially when faced with things that move or invade his personal space. He is strongly food and toy motivated and recovers quickly with support from his human. Above average intelligence and extremely trainable. He requires moderate exercise and loves tugging, playing ball, catching a frisbee, herding a Collie Ball, and competing in agility. He settles well in the house and is easy to live with. Whiskey's prey drive is low, although he does herd sheep and goats and will nip at the legs of dogs or cats in play. He is registered with AKC Canine Partners and has earned several titles in Agility, Star Puppy and Canine Good Citizen.
