Blue is everything you could want in a collie on a farm in Northwestern Montana. He's got athletic ability, herding ability and is a wonderful mouser. His recall and obedience is excellent and he is diligent about protecting the livestock. He is my go to travel companion and turns heads everywhere he goes with his striking looks and sweet personality. To top that all off Blue inherited a small c gene that can help lift collies out of DMS.

Working Description: Blue is very focused but loose in his herding style. I do not currently have small livestock to herd but he has helped me move foals and assisted in a roundup one day. He has barked off a mountain lion with his sister Surry. Moves geese from hay fields and watches gates when I move horses.
