Peggy is quiet and intent, but loving in the home. She is reserved and cautious around strangers, quick to warm up. Quick to learn and athletic like both her parents, particularly loves using her forlegs. Extremely fast, and fearless in play. Biddable, watches for hand signals carefully. Peggy share the home with several cats and is gentle with our tripod cats. She had seven puppies in her first litter, and was a quick birth and natural mother.

Working Description: Peggy is a quick learner with tricks such as roll over and doing sit stay upon a box. She is a devoted companion. We hope to expose her to more scent and agility work and herding in the future, post-Covid. She hunts squirrels and small rodents, is quiet during the hunt. Very much checks the skies for raptors. Attentive to bird sounds and very good sense of hearing. Tentative is predators are around, sticks close to owners side at these times.
