Clyde is part of a family with two young children that lives on a small homestead farm. He has an excellent balance of being energetic when outside working and playing, and calm when inside relaxing. Crate training began his first day at home, and he behaves very well when in the crate at night and while home alone. He is never aggressive toward strangers or other dogs, only occasionally too energetic and doesn't listen when told to stay down. He tolerates the sometimes overwhelming attention from the children with no issue, and has never been aggressive toward them. Clyde is incredibly loyal and can be very clingy, demanding attention with grunts, groans, and barking, when he's been alone for too long.
