Knight is a companion dog. He is funny and fairly easygoing with strange people and dogs - cautious, but willing to investigate and make friends. He gets along well with the other dogs at our house - he is respectful and has good doggie manners. He is a dedicated vermin hunter and keeps the yard cleared of squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks. He has a decent amount of drive and a laser focus on things that interest him (like his beloved frisbee). He does some stalking/circling that makes me think he would do well with livestock, but he doesn't have a hard eye. Smart and biddable and takes most things in stride. He's a joy at the vet - tolerates strange people and poking and prodding like a champ.
