Peter is a wonderful dog. He is a good watch dog. Intuitive enough to know friend from foe. Generally loves everyone. Will do one alert bark. Vocal, but not overly so. I would say he is almost overly social - loves kids, adults, and other dogs generally. He is so biddable and eager to please. He learns quickly, and he is very smart. His coat is wonderful. He blows it twice a year but its relatively easy to maintain. Not too long and dirt sheds off of it so easily. He is the ultimate adventure dog - LOVES hiking and playing in water. He loves playing fetch, tug, and keep away. He is off leash trained. He listens very well! He has an excellent off switch so he is great in the house. I’ve trained a lot of puppies and he is one of the easiest I’ve ever trained. He kennel trained very easily and he potty trained very easily. Just an all-around joy of a dog.
