Jessie is our resident hawk dog and oversees the yard for any and all intruders that may harm the chickens. While Jessie is a rough and tumble girl, she LOVES kids!!! She would like nothing better than a day filled with visiting her little buddies (you know who you are) who stop in for occasional lamb visits. She will help coax the ewes into the night pasture and then go check the lower pasture with Jack, her OTSC buddy, for any stragglers. We see Jessie as an amazing farm dog.

Working Description: Jessie is our resident hawk dog. She is always watching for something in the air that may be a threat to the chickens and is very alert and always ready for action. We call Jessie our "tom-boy"....she is a rough and tumble girl, but absolutely LOVES kids! If asked, she will help to encourage the sheep to come to the barn at night and will watch the perimeter for fox and such. She really is an all round farm girl.
