Umbilical hernia that vet dx as harmless.
Andy is a wonderful farm collie and family dog. He has a favorite person in our family, but is warm and friendly with all of us. He's the self-appointed sheriff, alerting to whatever is out of place. He was trustworthy on patrols at 4 months of age, and at 7 months old could get hogs back in the fence without training. He's a happy-serious dog, observing the situation before acting.
SCPS Registered (SCPS-2017-0015-BCM) and listed as "Rosewyn's New Once Upon a Time".

"Nice dog - will be a good farm dog."
Andy worked stock for us in the past when we bred heritage swine, but his main function currently is keeping the skies clear of predators, and as a family pet; he excels at both.
We have a poultry program built on naturally set and raised chickens, and aerial predation has wiped us out on more than one year. Andy not only alerts at anything that doesn't belong here (snakes, strange cats and dogs, foxes, skunks, etc), but he learned sky watching quickly and easily from Bonnie and takes his job very seriously. Our birds at least have a chance now.
