Working Description: Dori has begun sheep herding. She has a soft eye for stock and a calm businesslike manner. She herds with an upright posture and does not excite the sheep. She keeps the sheep calm, yet moves them with apparent ease. She is responsive, sensitive and biddable. Dori is easy to call off the stock. Dori loves to hunt in the fields for mice and voles, or squirrels close to the house. She is also protective of our property and family. She takes time to assess strangers but is welcoming to friends and family. Dori gets along well with all dogs regardless of size or temperament and reads them perfectly adapting her response to them accordingly.
