First time OTSC owner. Lucy has proven to be loving, loyal, attentive, intelligent, beautiful and just down right funny. Lucy will be 3 years old in July '25. We provide her a happy loving home. She has a sister, Ellie. Who is an 11 year old border collie/lab.
