I fell in love with collies when I was 8 years old, reading the Lad stories by Albert Payton Terhune. I had always wanted a collie, but the typical collies I interacted with and researched about were nothing like the clever farm dog I had dreamed about. When I discovered that the Old Time Collies were not only in my imagination, I was thrilled! I now have two wonderful collies, Marta and Laddie, and I am looking forward to being a part of the Old Time Scotch Collie legacy. I live on 20 acres with cows, chickens, goats, and ducks. The dogs love it, and they are a wonderful help on the farm.
